The photographs show the test run on the first 3 sections laid of the S7 track on the new Plymouth Gauge 0 Group test track.
As members of the Plymouth Group a request for a circuit of S7 track to be included on the new test track was agreed. The 16 boards making up the test track (4 straight and 12 curved) plus the support trestles have now been built with the wiring of the connecting sockets completed. Over the coming weeks the remaining track panels will be laid and wired upso that members who may wish to visit us at Crownhill in Plymouth will be able to run their locomotives. The test track will be wired for DC and DCC.
